Operator Card. We will collect, use and disclose your
personal information as is necessary to:
* Process your application;
* Verify your information;
* Print your Boat Operator Card; and
* Provide required statistical information to government
agencies.
Your
personal information may be disclosed and used by
our agents, staff and contractors for this purpose.
The
second purpose for the collection, use and disclosure
of your personal information is to provide information,
as necessary, to certain third parties including,
but not limited to, the police, the Coast Guard, the
Department of Transportation and other government
agencies.
The
third purpose for the collection, use and disclosure
of your personal information is to provide you with
information regarding related products and/or services
that are approved by us and offered by the Professional
Association of Boating Instructors ltd., our agents
and our selected business partners. If you do not
want to receive this information then, upon receipt
of a written request, we will cease the collection,
use and disclosure of your personal information for
this purpose.
