To
become a Test Centre to administer the Professional
Association of Boating Instructors Canadian Coast
Guard Accredited Test is simple.
You
would apply using our application
form (see further on in this section).
You need to have a location for people to come in
and write the tests. The location must have desks
or tables and chairs, so the individuals have room
to write the test. The conditions of the area must
be such that it is conducive for test writing. You
charge people for writing the test. Once the test
is written, you grade the test. A temporary ID card
is given to the testee. The graded answer sheet is
then faxed to PABI headquarters. We bill you for the
test. We then process the Permanent ID card, and mail
it directly to the student.
We
supply you with the tests, the answers keys, posters,
and temporary ID cards (supply
list). You supply pens, an area to write
the tests and someone to supervise and mark the tests.
That is all there is. You of course would be responsible
for the security and confidentially of the test.
